Hi there! I spend my days as the Coordinator for Library Technology and Data Services at Eastern Kentucky University, in Richmond. Much of my free time (and luckily, some of my work time) is spent taking photos and experimenting with emerging technologies and their application in libraries.

I write online at Citegeist, which used to be known as Chronicles of Bean, til I got tired of everyone asking me who Bean was (and since Bean was then 4 and named something entirely different). This year, I am also posting library and technology-related photos to the ALA TechSource blog. You can find other bits of my life online at flickr, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

At this year's Internet Librarian conference, I will be teaching a preconference workshop with Michael Sauers on Digital Photography for Libraries and giving a talk with my friend Jezmynne Westcott about how we use Twitter to keep up with life, the universe, and everything. As we get closer to the conference, I'll post my schedule here, as well.

If you'd like to schedule a photo session, drop me a line!
