A commentary on DRM more than copyright, it shows the mindset of many of our users.  We need to work to make copyright fair and relevant to our users, or it seems that they'll simply ignore it.

The WorldCat Copyright Evidence Registry is currently in beta.  I didn't include a link in the slides, because it had just come out when I turned them in, and I hadn't had a chance to look it over carefully.  Currently, it's not much more than another iteration of WorldCat, but I think it shows great promise in allowing institutions to share the research they've done into works' copyright status.
