Hi all. I am just an average everyday corporate librarian, not a techie. I don't twitter or flickr, but I do blog and wiki This will be my 2nd IL conference, and I must say that I love Monterey.

I work in a small research library with 2 other librarians and 4 support staff. I am the electronic resources librarian, which includes developing and maintaining our intranet website, managing all library subscriptions - including keeping statistics (nightmare), running LivePerson - our virtual reference desk, maintaining our link resolver, coordinating a complete print journal inventory, keeping a library blog, and creating screencasts for the library and the IT department, of which the library is now a part of. And, as my boss would say, miscellaneous other duties not yet assigned.

I am currently trying to figure out 360 Counter. I have uploaded all of our statistics, but the reports don't really give me what I think they should. I am also looking at Desk Tracker and other tools that can keep our in-library statistics in one online database. Anyone else out there trying to tackle the statistics nightmare? I would love to talk.

Also, if you are a corporate librarian, or work in a research intensive environment not directly associated with an educational facility, I would love to hear what kinds of tutorials or screencasts you have developed for your users.

I will be at the Advanced Screencasting pre-conference on Sunday.
