Does anyone know of an affordable place in Monterey where I could rent a bicycle while I am in town? I looked up one place that has a website but it was outrageously priced. TIA! (Heather Moss)

I believe that the Portola Plaza Hotel rents bicycles but have no idea about cost.  J. Dysart
